У статті розглянуто еволюцію правового регулювання запобігання мобінгу в Державній кримінально-виконавчій службі України. Здійснено аналіз історичного контексту, визначені ключові терміни, розглянуто нормативно-правове регулювання запобігання мобінгу в Державній кримінально-виконавчій службі України. Дослідження присвячено також організаційним аспектам та механізмам контролю в діяльності щодо запобігання мобінгу в Державній кримінально-виконавчій службі України. Визначено потребу постійного оцінювання та підвищення ефективності реалізації заходів із запобігання мобінгу в контексті функціонування кримінально-виконавчих органів.
