Scientific journal “Scientific Herald of Sivershchyna. Series: Law” was founded in 2017 at the Academy of the State Penitentiary Service.

Certificate of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine: Series KB, № 22779-12669Р.

According to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 15.04.2021 № 420 scientific journal “Scientific Herald of Sivershchyna. Series: Law” is included to the List of scientific professional publications of Ukraine of “B” category. The results of theses for obtaining doctorate degree, PhD degree and the degree of Doctor of Philosophy can be published here.

The journal specializes in the field of science: Law

Sphere of distribution: national, foreign.

Category of readers: scientific, scientific and pedagogical workers, post-graduate students (adjuncts), doctoral students, practical workers, students.

Languages of publication: mixed languages: Ukrainian, English, Polish, German.

Frequency of publishing: three times a year

  • Issue 1 – Articles are accepted for consideration by the 20th of February. The electronic version of the journal will be published on the website till the 15th of April.
  • Issue 2 – Articles are accepted for consideration by the 20th of June. The electronic version of the journal will be published on the website till the 15th of August.
  • Issue 3 – Articles are accepted for consideration by the 20th of October. The electronic version of the journal will be published on the website till the 15th of December.

Scientific journal is placed on the platform “Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine” in V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
