Anti-plagiarism policy
The level of uniqueness of the author’s text is determined for all the articles submitted for review by means of corresponding software that shows the level of uniqueness of the article, the used sources and partial coincidence of the text (“eTXTAntiplagiarism”, “AdvegoPlagiatus”, etc.).The editorial board of the scientific journal “Scientific Herald of Sivershchyna. Series: Law” reminds that the legislation of Ukraine on the author’s copyright and related rights establishes the inadmissibility of plagiarism, as well as the corresponding types of legal responsibility.
According to the “Recommendations on academic plagiarism preventing and its revealing in scientific papers (abstracts, theses, monographs, scientific reports, articles, etc.” contained in the Letter of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine OH № 1/11-8681 dated 15.08.2018 academic plagiarism is somebody’s proclamation (partially or completely) of scientific (creative) results obtained by other persons to be the results of an own research (creative work) and/or reproduction of other authors’ published texts (proclaimed pieces of art) without mentioning of authorship (part. 4 of Article 42 of the Law of Ukraine “On Education”).
