It is proposed to further develop distance education in correctional institutions, as it can have positive results in improving the quality of teaching for this category of people, as well as be able to increase the level of security for teachers who work with convicts.

The author notes that it is necessary to amend national legislation, namely in departmental and special normative-legal acts and provide convicts with additional paid vocation for the examinations duration of convicts, which will be an additional incentive for persons detained in correctional institutions in order to voluntarily receive education.
